Doo Group’s Insurance Brokerage Arm in the UAE Announces Official Name Change to Doo ME Insurance Brokers LLC

We’re excited to announce that Doo Group’s insurance brokerage arm in the UAE, Doo Wealth UAE, has officially changed its registered business name to Doo ME Insurance Brokers LLC.  

This is in line with Doo Group’s acquisition of Gateway Insurance Broker LLC, and the goal of expanding and growing our business beyond the insurance brokerage sector in the UAE. 

Strong Compliance with Top-Tier Supervision  

As Doo Group’s wealth management sub-brand, Doo Wealth UAE provides a diverse range of services and products, focusing on insurance brokerage, while extending into the segments of trusts, family offices, identity planning, real estate, funds, and securities.  

We’re thrilled to have been able to obtain the approvals from the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) and the Department of Dubai Economic Development (DED) for the renaming of the entity under the insurance brokerage arm of Doo Group. 

This shows the group’s outstanding ability to manage risk and comply with financial regulations and provides a solid foundation on which to build its international operations across the world. 

The CBUAE regulates insurance and financial industries in the country, promoting consumer protection and economic growth, while the DED facilitates Dubai’s transformation into a service-based, innovative, and diversified economy. With these approvals, Doo Wealth UAE demonstrated its capabilities in complying with the local law while ensuring that their clients are well-protected with top-tier supervision from the country’s authoritative regulatory bodies. 

Elevating Brand Presence in an Opportunistic Market  

By using this new name, Doo Wealth UAE will be able to capitalize on the well-known brand identification of Doo Group while posing as a subsidiary of the group, improving the company’s integrity, credibility, and awareness in the UAE market.  

Furthermore, the renaming of the entity to Doo ME Insurance Brokers LLC will further enhance the clients’ confidence and trust in the company, backed by the strong financial background and comprehensive financial ecosystem of Doo Group.
